Like all voluntary, community bodies we rely on the help and support of members. Residents 3000 welcomes input from new members and is open to pursuing new issues, campaigns and projects.
To become a member you must be a resident of Melbourne Central Business District (postcode 3000). There are many ways in which you may be able to help, by
- distributing information in your building and /or area;
- providing ideas about issues, potential activities;
- providing expertise in an area of interest to city residents;
- interesting your friends and neighbours in joining R3000 and
- attending our meetings
Please let us know if you have any particular interests or issues. We would like to discuss them with you by e-mail, letter or on the phone.Or through “comments” below each new (or old) Post on our website. Please feel free to disagree!
Annual membership fees :
- Individual $10
- Family membership $20
- or we have a special Owners Corporation membership at $5 per unit up to a maximum of $100 pa (use the printable form). Submitting names and addresses of all Residents is optional as long as a Committee contact is named.
